NO INSTANT MESSAGE RESPONSE

I have been sending questions through the instant message option of Paypal since August 31st and am getting ZERO responses. I have tried every way I know how to get someone to respond. I even opened a "case" asking for someone to respond to my IM's. I have sent multiple messages over a weeks time span with no response. I understand they are on a delay due to COVID, but I have never had to wait this long for a response. What other options does a consumer have when no customer service is provided?
