I'm sorry to hear that there were multiple transactions for the same purchase. Typically, if you have initiated three separate transactions, the ones that you would wish to cancel would have to be requested to be canceled by contacting the merchant directly. This allows the merchant to know that you do not wish to continue with all three orders. The merchant does have the ability to decline the request, especially if they have already shipped the items for all the transactions.
In a situation where there is a technical issue that causes multiple transactions, you can open a billing dispute. Your situation may qualify for this, pending a review of the matter. Please follow that link to see the steps.
