NEED TO FILE DISPUTE BUT TRANSACTION IS MISSING

i purchased on Feb 22nd from Ebay and the item did not arrive . I opened the case on ebay and then closed it trsuting the seller but item still has not arrived and he doesnt reply to my messages anymore . I tried to dispute through PayPal but i cant find the transaction in the history . Can anyone help me out and is it possible to get my money back ?

I am having the same problem, the person deleted a refund and is getting a lot of money. Also blocked me and did not send a product, please help!
