HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THIS SELLER? Paid SELLER NAJLAEZAYDI on December 8th, 2020. Opened claim withPayPal, because we never received order. Seller provided fraudulent tracking number from FedEx. I called and visited FedEx office, they looked up tracking number and told me, package was delivered December 17th, 2020 to another address. It was delivered to a business and signed for by one of their employee. This tracking number had nothing to do with me or my address, which is a personal residence and not a business.
PayPal wants something from FedEx stating, this package was delivered to another address and name. FedEx can’t do that because this tracking number has nothing to do with me, and they can’t give out personal information when I was not the intended recipient.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW TO PROVE I DID NOT RECEIVE PACKAGE THAT I PAID FOR?????
