I purchase a knife online from MyChefKnife on December 25, the seller sent me the tracking number shows in-transit since Jan 10 and paypal closed my dispute on this seller. What should I do?

Hi @hell0,

 

You will want to leave the case open until you receive the item. Once a dispute is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you receive the package, and the item isn't has described, you'll want to escalate and change the reason for the case.
