My transaction from my bank account to PayPal balance is taking more than 6 days, I did not receive any email from Paypal to inform me about the problem, this is the second transaction the first one the money have returned back to my bank account "due to: internal risk decision ".
I can pay normally by my credit card and I have full access to my account despite there is a limitation in the resolution center!
