My paypal account got blocked, I din't do anything bad, I was just selling Minecraft server Hypixel coins, now Paypal asking for a credit card, and I don't have one.
Are they asking for a credit card statement to verify proof of address? If you cannot provide it, write a letter to explain why, pdf it and upload it. Repeat for any documentation requested that you cannot provide. If they do not approve of what you use PayPal for, they will permanently limit your account. If it was simply for verifying identity info, they will lift the limitation for you to continue use.
