I am wondering why PayPal has deleted my dispute which I opened and which was previously appearing in my PayPal account for resolution due on 13 Dec 2018. Further, when I try to re-open the depute I am told by PayPal that it is not possible to dispute the transaction. I have saved screenshots of relevant information for Trading Standards authorities. I am wondering if someone might be able to explain why PayPal would delete my dispute and why PayPal would immunise the "seller" from dispute.
Thanks in anticipation.
Best regards to all.

Did you escalate to a claim within 20 days of opening the dispute.
Only that 13 Dec date may have been the deadline to escalate?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
