My cash was deducted from pay pal from some site itself. I did not buy anything but i can see my money has been taken out of my account through pay pal. How can i get refund back. Should I contact police or bank?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
