So a person send me money by mistake after which paypal limited my account for ever.The person who sent me the money contacted paypal to refund under my consent,i asked paypal who said i should contact the person to ask refund instead,i cant send the money back due to limitations.The person was told they do not refund money send as gifts.Why is paypal holding the money????? They cant refund to owner yet i cant refund either....so what is the reason???? Paypal is a complete fraud they hold money in order to make their own investments with the money.
