My limits is not processing

Hello.
My account got limited during increased loads from selling.
I provided the all necessary documents but after two weeks has nothing happened.
When i used contact by email i always get automatic reply.
Please check.

You would need to contact customer services, phoning is best.

Yes but they only give 'general advice only' and can't view or give you any advice regarding your account on here.

As i said your best bet is to contact customer services.
