I have had a dispute over a payment for a couple months now. PayPal keep putting it off and putting it off when to resolve I turn it over to their and they're not making any decisions. So I guess when you use PayPal your money gets ripped off one way or the other?
Think they are inundated with claims at the moment from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads so all claims are being delayed.
As long as yours is still open then you have a chance of a refund so i would just wait it out in the long queue.
