I started a dispute back in July as I had not received merchandise from a so called Shenzhen Suya Logistics.My case # PP-D-70885099. After waiting months to get my refund, PayPal now tell me they closed the case as the shipper says I received the merchandise.I only received the two cloth cleaning pads which attaches to the floor cleaning mop.I did NOT receive the cleaning mop itself.How can I reopen this case
