I paid over $70 aus for 2 printers and the seller sent a cheap wooden toy the seller offered me %60 refund virtually admitting they ripped me off, I have all the proof in the emails the seller sent plus a photo of the toy but paypal rejected my claim. I am thinking of calling a lawyer and sueing paypal

Why are you suing paypal? You chose the person you wanted to buy from which it appears may have been a China website or Social Media ad.
All paypal is is a payment processor that gives you 'some' buyer protection (terms and conditions apply same as with credit cards).
Did you open a dispute for item received but not as described OR non receipt OR unauthorised?
Did you escalate to a claim?
Did paypal deny a dispute for not as described or which?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
