My dispute was denied what can I do next?

Someone hacked into my account and took 95% of my funds.  I filed a dispute with Paypal but they denied it.  What are my rights?  What's the next step?

I bought two dog collars for 40 for almost $45. When I got them they look like they were from the 99 Cents store. I contacted the seller that didn’t get back to me . They were sent from El Monte California, and they made me return them to China for over $20 in shipping. PayPal third I never provided them tracking I did a month ago. Now they said they denied my claim and I’m out almost $44 because I sent them back

Check with your bank or credit union. Maybe if you file a complaint they can help. I’m going to my credit union maybe they can remedy with PayPal couldn’t. I won’t continue to use PayPal even if I have to get rid of eBay
