I just filed a dispute for a commission on a custom face mask and backpack I ordered on April 28th, 2020 but I have not revived it. Today is the 180th day from when I first made the transaction, so it's within the time frame to file a dispute. However, it was denied and I've gotten mixed explanations for it. On the resolution center, it says the the purchase is "ineligible for PayPal Purchase Protection". In the denial email, it says that it is after the 180 day deadline to file, but it isn't. Why am I getting two different explanations and what do I do now?
