Hello i was wondering if anyone knows or has had this problem before knows anyway of sorting it. I have an ongoing dispute due to not being able track my item then the sellers customer service email had been closed so i complained to pay pal and its now an on going case. But today i received a seat instead of a scooter and i cannot add to the dispute nor can i click on the activity purchase and inform patpal is there anyway of doing anything to inform paypal of what had happened. Thank you
