My claim has passed the date for buyer to reply, but no update

Hello,
The buyer opened the dispute in PayPal Resolution Center. PayPal asked some more information form buyer but she is not replying.
Under "what happens next" for my claim in the resolution centre, it says:
We've contacted the buyer for more information. Once we receive the information from the buyer, we'll get back to you by 25 October 2020 at 2:15:23 PM GMT+4 with a decision.
It is now nearing the end of the 27nd of October like 3rd day and PayPal is going to respond on 25 Oct??, still no update. I am getting very anxious as under "status" it still says: "Awaiting other party's response".
The claim ID's are as follows:
Case ID: PP-D-85954004

Any help will be much appreciated.
