My case was wrongly denied. The website that I ordered from is a scam and is no longer open. I would like some help on how to reopen my case. This is just wrong.

Just click "messaging us" link in the dialogue box above regarding covid-19 to request an appeal or change the reason of your claim to either Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described if you were denied as an unauthorized claim if you were given a fake tracking number by seller, then get official documentation from the carrier, file a police or ic3.gov report, pdf it all and attach to message.
