I'm new to PayPal, I've signed up a business account for my business located in the US, its registered with the IRS and have an active EIN number. Yesterday i successfully verified my bank account on paypal and i tried to verify my ID, so I've uploaded my driving license, but i don't have any EIN documents issued by the IRS, they told me that they can't fax it to me because of covid19. I was shocked by the decision of PayPal, they limited my account and didn't leave me a way to do tasks to reactivate it. Please i need your help, i don't find a way to communicate with the team.
