So a few months ago I got an email saying it had been 180 days since my account was limited and so I would be able to withdraw my balance.
So I went onto PayPal and confirmed a card to withdraw the money to but even once I confirmed the card I still couldn't withdraw.
I then noticed I received an email stating that "my card has been confirmed however because my account is still limited I cannot withdraw my balance".
This doesn't make sense to me because it's been well over 180 days and got an email saying I could withdraw.
I've been contacting the PayPal support on twitter for the last 2-3 months but still have no help.
