My account was limited but there is no a button for me to tap and resolve it

Hello guys. My PayPal account was limited then I went to resolution centre and the article doesn’t help me because I can’t find a tap button show ‘resolve account limitations’ in my PayPal page. My money was froze and I can withdraw it. I sent emails through PayPal website to PayPal but they never reply me. I really need the money in urgent to pay my tuition fees. Hope you guys can lend me a hand. If you have the PayPal emails please give it to me as well. Thanks in advance.

Contact options are.......

 

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
