My account was hacked

so tonight i saw an email come through saying that i sent over $500 to someone who i dont even know and they canceled my account, luckily i took a screenshot of the transaction before they deleted the account .Im very disgruntled. Is there any way to resolve this because literally all my money is gonegg.pngrep.png

I'm sorry to hear about the recent unauthorized activity on your account. I can certainly understand how concerning this is. Not to worry, if you reach out to our Customer Support, they'll be able to help you open a dispute on those transactions. 

 

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Call Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
