My account remains limited despite numerous phone calls and tickets opened
I don't know what to do. My PayPal account remains limited despite over 20 hours of phone calls to the Limitations Dept. over the last month. My documentation was approved yet the limits were only partially lifted. One of the managers finally acknowledged that PayPal **bleep** up while approving my account and only did half the job. Something about flags not being set where they needed to be set. The managers keep opening tickets, yet they seem to drop into a black hole. No response or status. The most recent manager I spoke with requested that I submit a ticket myself to tech support through https://www.paypal-support.com. I finally received a return email on my ticket saying they did not have the authority to access my account and they closed the case. They were my last hope to get the problem resolved. What now? It seems that everyone is pointing fingers at other departments to solve the problem.
