My account limitation

My account got limitation on it and i do not have any photo ID 

I was told that i can use my birth certificate but i am married so thats not my name now

Can anyone help i have phone paypal but she told me to use birth certificate

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues resolving your account limitation. I was able to pull some information from the Help Center article: What kind of documentation can I provide to remove my account limitation?

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card

Any other document submitted would not be acceptable. The information also needs to be up-to-date in regard to what your current name, surname may be. Unfortunately, if you're unable to provide one of the above documents, your account may remain limited.
