My account is still limited

My paypal account has been limited since July 27 and I have already sent a document for proof of address as they requested, and today August 11 I received an email saying that they haven't received my document, but when I go to my page it either shows nothing or that they have received it already, I don't have any notifications on my Resolution Center, I don't know what else to do for them to respond, there is no direct line to call from Chile
