I have provide all the needed personal information and confirmed my card. But my account is still limited. When I go to resolution center, it says "resolve" but I have no any steps to do, it only says: "Thank you for providing the required information.We’ll get back to you within a few business days." It's getting pretty frustrating, because I have already waited a few months. I have sent messages, but only thing I have received is the automated message from bot... Help me please.

When you click on help / contact bottom of paypal pages does it give you a phone number in your country?
If so the i would phone for an update?

The only advice I can give is to echo what the other respondent said - phone them and talk to a real person. However, from my own experience I would not advise that you get your hopes up too much even with that option - see the post I just made about PayPal and Kafka's "The Trial". The impression that I have of PayPal is that it is a huge automated system and the only human intervention is done piecemeal by a different agent each time an intervention is required, who are probably paid by how fast they get through the backlog (which means they aren't motivated to take the time to investigate the background of the case).
I'm not sure of how to get better service from anyone - at the end of the day I imagine most banks manage their merchant accounts in a similar manner.
