My account was limited for 180 days and I patiently waited till 180 days has passed and I got a mail that my account is now eligible to redraw my money but any time I try to redraw my check it tells me to link a bank and whenever I link the bank it says my account is still limited.which means i had an email stating my account is now unlimited and in the account it's still limited.
