I cannot withdraw the money since I don't have a bank account linked but I have a family member who I can send the money to that has a connected bank account who will withdraw the money for me. I am also under the age of 18 meaning that holding money from a minor is considered a criminal offence for PayPal. I need it to be unrestricted in order to send it to the unlimited account. Can anyone help?
