Hello,

I have been using PayPal since 2015 and since then not face any issues but a month ago I have recieved notification from PayPal to confirm my identitu once again. Then I clicked notification an tried to provied my details but citizenship is not changing at all it always showing as Russia but my citizenship is Uzbekistan. What Can I able do now?

1. Why did you open a paypal account from another country?

2. Paypal is not available in Uzbekistan.
