Hi,
I live in a country that is not supported by paypal, I used paypal without thinking about that, with random ID information, all of what I wanted then is to receive an amount of money then close the account, unfortunately I can't even prove my identity but I can prove I am the owner of the account by any other means.
Paypal told me before they will send to me an email after 180 days to help me transfer the money then close the account, but this mail hasn't come.
My account has been limited now for 3 of 4 years! and every time I log in I find the same message after 180 days!
What can I do? I only need my money.
