I received an email from PayPal back on 25 Feb stating they will be permanently limiting my account and that I will have to wait a maximum of 180 days before I am able to withdraw the funds that are in my account (1,289GBP). It is now 21 October of writing this post and I still have not had any emails from PayPal allowing me to withdraw my funds and when I try to do it on the website or mobile it app it still does not allow me to do so.
I have desperately tried to get a hold of customer service in the message centre, phone and even Twitter. I have sent in around 5-6 messages now through the message centre but every time I get a generic pre-written response, when I try to contact them via phone there are always no agents to pick up, and on Twitter, they said they will pass the info onto an account specialist but I never had any response ever since and it's been 3 weeks now.
I am really desperate to get my funds as in these dire times I am struggling financially and it is no small amount that PayPal is holding in my account. Are there any representatives in this forum to help me to withdraw the funds from my account?
