I recently sold a phone on eBay and sent it tracked via Royal mail. Paypal put some temporary limitations on my account - I needed to upload ID, tracking number etc. I did all of that and now they've permanently limited my account and won't tell me why.
The phone arrived OK. There is no dispute open.
Now I won't be able to access my funds for six months!
