My account is permanently limited. I need help

Hey.i cant believe that my account was no longer use. I submit all the documents provided and also my marriage certificate. I know that the issue on my account was not match my ID and Bank account name that is why i submit marriage certificate because I got married. My status also change from single to married. Unfortunately paypal doesnt response to me even I already send my marriage certificate. What can i do?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
