My account is locked and I don't know how to complete the resolution

I am trying to fill out the resolution section so I can get back into my PayPal account. Can anybody help me figure this out. I've tried clicking on the 3rd thing they want me to do and it won't let me enter it.

What do I do?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
