My account is limited

My account got limited and i didnt put in correct information when i signed up like name, national ID etc. How do i fix this? And am i able to withdraw money or not?

If you opened a legal financial account with a fake name and i.d. then you can't fix it.

The account and the funds belongs to someone with that fake name that can prove it with documentation that matches that name.

All you can do is get the person that sent the funds to open a dispute to try and get their money back again.
