hello my account recently got limited and I did not  get any messages in my pay pal or email saying that i am  limited , I noticed this when my friends told me they could not send me money and also I could not send money to them , if any one knows what I should do exactly it would really help me out a lot

A limitation is placed when PayPal is looking to verify your identity, financials, and/or PayPal activity. You will want to submit the information requested in your PayPal Resolution Center. Once all steps are completed/submitted, you will receive an email update from the relevant team. The update will let you know if additional information is needed or if the restriction could be removed.
