My account is limited

My account got limited. I try to ask paypal help center to help me, but they send me always same automatic messages about that. Is it possible to fix my account, if its already limited?

If its a temporary limitation paypal normally tell you to resolve the issues in the message or resolution centre.

If its a permanent limitation then sadly not a lot you can do about it.
