My account is limited due age, but i have to refund someone.

hello, my account was recently asked to show proof of age. I am 15, so i can not do that, but i have to refund money to a buyer who did not receive my item. What shall I do? and where should I go from here?

Have them file an Item Not Received dispute on the transaction, then you can issue a refund from within the dispute.
