My account is limited because of verification, but I sent my IDs a week ago
Hi! I've got an issue with sending my informations to PayPal. I've sent my certification ID and home address ID for verifiction about a week ago and still no response, and I can't transfer my money to my credit card due to limitations. Can you guys please help me?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
