My account is limited and no one is responding to me

Hi account is limited and has been for a few years and I want to get my money out of it because its past 180 days. I try to click "withdraw" and it shows an error. I try to call and live chat but paypal declines my calls automatedly and live chat/calling doesn't show up on my account. I've sent 4 messages in help center and no one has responded. I just need to request a check so I can get my balance....

PLEASE ONLY RESPOND WITH SOLUTIONS.

If not.......

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
