Hi,
I just received an e-mail that my account is limited, and I'll have to submit documents for it to be resolved. However, I am unable to submit a business registration and address because the account is used for a charitable and youth-led non-profit, not a business. I need the money in the account ASAP since it will be used for rebuilding schools in a typhoon-hit area in the Philippines. Is there any way I can access the money? If not, is there any other way I can resolve this without submitting the documents?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
