My account is lemited

Hello,

I recently opened PayPal account, verified my email, phone number.

I got some donations from friends and unknown people as well to treat my child in hospital, but I found out that my account is limited and can not withdraw funds.

I provided all the requirements needed:

1. uploaded my ID (completed)
2. Provide info on specific transaction activity (Status: submitted)
3. Provide proof of fulfillment (Status: submitted)

also I get notification to verify my email, I hit resend button but don't get verification email.

please help me resolve my account problem to pay for my child's treatment.

I don't know what happened, but I update my password and set security questions, all is good for now, account is recovered
