Please help my name is Eric <removed> and I already verify my PayPal and I request to get PayPal business debit card its ship.mr today but now I receive my PayPal is permanently limited what is I'm struggle with this matter what I'm doing now I was receive my PayPal business card and **bleep** PayPal why you shutdown my account please left.my PayPal limitations
