I have the same issue, I have been using PayPal for the last 15 years or so and they put limitation and holding my money, I think they doing so that they can show more profit and liquid money to get the stock price up, I do not have any dispute nor I have any issue with my account. When calling Paypal they said the back office has put the limitation and they don't know why they have done so... what kinda answer is this. Why would you put a limitation without any answer?
