My account has been limited

So my account has been limited because I was under 18 and that said when you become 18 you can come back, so I wait and now I’m 18 years old and I tried to get back my account and that said that I can’t use my account anymore, I can’t even remove my bank account to create another PayPal account so I wanna know if you can help me guys

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will be subject to sending and receiving limits.

When you reach those limits you will be unable to verify your account so your account would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back.

Any financial cards / bank accounts will be locked on that account so you need to ask Paypals permission to open a new account and see if they will remove that financial info from your old account for you.
