now PayPal want to know everything about me so that they can run a credit check on me so that I can use my own money to buy bits and pieces from EBay.
my question is “why”?
all this means is that I stop buying stuff from EBay.
Simple outcome for me until someone can give me a satisfactory answer to a very simple question. “WHY?”
