My account has been limited for illogical reason as email that came to me says I am not 18 . And I was born in 09 Aug 2000

Yes but were you 18 when you opened your paypal account?

As its against paypal rules to open an account under 18, paypal would limit that account as it was an illegal one when they find that out even if you were over 18 when they did find out.

I opened it last year after I turned 19

Guess its a case of paypal not being able to count then isn't it.

All you can do is contact c.s. and state your age and query the reason for the limitation.

As the phone lines are not up and running at the moment your best bet is to log in to your paypal account (if you can) and send them a message via the message centre OR use the live chat option that should be up and running now.
