Hi, My paypal account has been limited because I need to update my account. However, I was not able to do so because I don't have the documents needed for my account to be updated. I have an id but not a national idea because our country does not have those. I don't have a passport and a driver's license as well. The bills for the address confirmation is also not named after me because it was named after my mother. I need to resolve this issue as early as possible. What actions can I take? What should I do?
