My account hacked !! Please help me !!

My account hacked yesterday. The hacker enable the << 2-step verification enabled for your account >>

 ,then made 5 x 56,99$ and one 43,99 orders. Immediatly i made deep reset to my laptop and my phone. I change all my passwords 2-3 times. In PAYPAL area i change password  via my email ok.. but after this paypal want a 2-step vertification code,which only the hacker know. What steps I can make to dispute these account transactions first, and if to get my account back.

Now i am writing from my second account.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
